Old CDs

I have a stash of old CDs with drivers and software, before disposing them I want to upload the drivers to some website so they can be useful to someone.

Also I don't know what to do with the old software, just throw it away?

Old software is old software and at some point becomes useless. I wouldn't waste my time with them.
