Ok system for 10.7.3 - will it work with 10.10?

Built my system in early 2012 as a barebones Plex server. Still on 10.7.3...

MB GIGABYTE|GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 Z68 R
CPU INTEL|CORE I3 2105 3.1G 3M R
VGA ASUS| EN210 SILENT/DI/512MD2(LP
MEM 4Gx2|CORSAIR CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 R

Works fine as a Plex server (very rarely need to do any transcoding).

With Yosemite available now, figured I would update the machine. Can anyone tell me if these older parts will work fine with the current tools and OS? Any issue with kexts not being written for older parts?

CPU - Intel Core i7-2600K Processor
Mobo - GA Z68MX-UD2H-B3

I've been running Lion 10.7.2 since 2011 when I built this machine... no issues at all...

Now want to update to latest OS and I'm very apprehensive since my machine works flawlessly now.

Anyone out there have an answer to our compatibility question?

I ended up updating and, with the UEFI update to the board, the install was even easier than the first time around.

I only use the machine as a media server so no need for iMessage, FaceTime, continuity, etc. But overall the update was painless and worth it.
