Odd Display Issues With Icons (macOS Sierra)

Many of my system's icons have a fuzzed out display as in the picture below. Any idea how to solve this?

Graphics glitch can be caused by having onboard IGPU enabled in BIOS, (inject Intel) set to true in config when having dedicated graphics.
