OCB: boot LoadImage failed - Not Found

Hi,
I can not boot my desktop profile with OC (my laptop profile is booting OK with OC)
OC is installed on a USB stick -
The picker shows up - I can select a macOS partition but boot failed at this step :

Another weird thing is the bcfg boot dump command is not working when booting wth OC

I solved this issue by changing the ScanPolicy parameter :

- when ScanPolicy = 0 -> OC boot failed -> OCB: LoadImage failed - Not Found
- changing ScanPolicy to 0xF0103 (983299) allowed me to boot
(have also needed SetupVirtualMap = yes for not getting stucked on the apple logo after picker)

It is not clear why I have this issue with ScanPolicy = 0 - will try to check if that could not be tied to my W10 dual boot setting (2 separate drives , microsoft bootloader is on a separate drive)
