OC 0.9.1 Update Ventura 13.3.1 fail

After downloading, it fails during the preparing for update. Already disable the BlueToolFixup.kext. I am using the tp-link wifi usb T3U Plus and have enabled the kext from here:

I had to change SecureBootModel to "Disabled"

Misc > Security > SecureBootModel > Disabled
