I have a Gigabyte z77x-UP5th board running an i7 - 3770k
I'm looking into the newer PCIe/ NVMe SSD's and reading mostly that people are having trouble using them as a boot drive. I haven't seen anything about z77 boards being compatible with NVMe, but I don't want to use the drive as a boot drive, just another drive.
Will these newer m.2 drives work with my board using a PCIe to m.2 adaptor card?
