I just bought a new MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB (GP104) a few days ago, the problem is it doesn't work on my current macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra), when it boot up to the lockscreen, it freezes and I can't move mouse or do somethings except I restart it or shut it down by the button on the case, only when I changed to the iGPU then it works fine. Before, I also tried with a ASUS ROG STRIX 1060 6GB (GP106) and it works fine. I thinks the problem is the new MSI GTX 1060 that just released a few months ago uses a newer GPU than the ASUS and the WebDriver hasn't supported it yet.
So, I want to ask if is there any solution to solve this problem?
Thanks,

I got the same problem, did you solve this ?

There are 2 kinds of GTX 1060. It's 1C03 & 1B83.

1C03 works well with web driver and 1B83 does not. You should change vga card.

This "GTX 1060" actually uses a different GPU (GP104) which was previously used in the GTX 1070 / GTX 1070 Ti / GTX 1080, and it also uses GDDR5X rather than GDDR5 graphics memory. This variation was released in December 2018, more than 2 years after the original GTX 1060.

So it is in effect a completely different graphics card, different from all the Pascal 10 series cards. The Nvidia web drivers may not work with it if Nvidia does not bother updating it.

You konw what, the weird thing is that I bought the graphics card at July 2018.

I got the date from Wikipedia, so maybe they got it wrong there.

Anyway this variation was still 2 years after the original version, and is way different.
