Cinebench isn't meaningful at all, just don't use it.

I was under the impression it wasnt meaningful for different computer comparisons due to it relying heavily on CPU speed, but I am getting 56FPS in OSX Sierra, and 89 FPS in Windows 10 on the same computer so I would think it is meaningful in my case.

No, that's perfectly normal. OS X has a higher CPU overhead in drivers/APIs, so the score in Cinebench will suffer, as it's heavily CPU-bound.

Thanks for the info. Should there be any difference using Unigine Heaven. Got about 18% difference

Windows 39FPS, OSX 32FPS in Medium
Windows 32.8FPS, OSX 27.4 in High

Looks fine. The difference should decrease even further when you increase the load on the GPU, e.g. by choosing a higher resolution and better quality settings.
