[sorted out] nVidia GT520 gone black again. What's wrong?
Hi everyone,
I already had this issue few months ago and ended up I had to change the motherboard.
I've been working fine the whole day. Turned my computer off properly.
In the evening I wanted to restart and the monitors remained black.
The onboard DVI port works fine but I will be forced to work with just one monitor instead of two.
I tried to restart several times, installed the card on the PCIEX8 instead of the PCIEX16 but still black.
Checked the fuse on the nVidia board which is ok.
Now, I cannot believe I have to go for another motherboard, I'm pretty sure there is some reset thing I can do to have the PCI working again.
In the meantime I bought another video card to make sure the actual is not broken.
Please, anyone has some advice or things I have to check?
Thanks.
Emanuele
