Ran BruceX on a single EVGA 980Ti FTW edition, ~26 Seconds on 10.3
i just ran BruceX on a single NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2047 MB,it did 1 minute on my home hackintosh

i tried to do the BruceX test on my work computer with this video card Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB,but everytime that i try to do the test FCX freezes and i have to reboot my hackintosh,i think there is some problem with the video card,i took a screenshoot from the clover graphics injection and looks like this......

I was unable to get it working, unfortunately. I was able to get a 480 working better than I was able to get this 460 working. Maybe I should've stayed away from XFX. I don't need to do FCPX stuff too much, but a little extra juice would be nice. I'm going to go with the GTX 1060 or 1070 instead.

Hi, which 480 did you use with FCPX? My Gigabyte RX 480 4 GB crashes FCPX every time. Is it because of the brand or any settings? Thanks!

What version of macOS?

Im running 10.12.3 using latest nVidia Drivers on a GTX980 ti Classified overclocked to 1500mhZ and im only managing ~70 seconds on bruceX. I'm using FCPX 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 (latest) dont remember.

With my previous RX 480 is averaging 15 seconds.

It was 10.11.6 as far as I remember. Now I'm on macOS Sierra.

I don't have the 980Ti FTWs anymore, now I have 2x980Ti EVGA Hybrids.

However, having dual 980Ti's breaks FCPX (playback stutters) so I can't really run the test again. I don't use FCPX anymore.

I have the same problem... I'm looking for a way to turn off the second VGA... i closed the Bruce's bench on 12 sec.

Funny how FCPX will work with dual cards like 280x.

I installed El Capitan 10.11.6 with absolutely no hardware changes and my brucex went from 70 seconds to 26 seconds. Using same version of FCPX. So sierra performance on FCPX using Nvidia is definitely lower. My guess is due to metal.
