Nvidia Geforce Gigabyte 770 2gb low fps/performance

Hi guys, i have some problem with my graphics card can some one help me?
i have low fps on every game such WoW, League of Legends, and Counter Strike:Global Offensive.
how can i Fix this?

My build:
i5-4670k
GA-Z87X-UD7 TH (lastest bios version)
16 GB Gskill TridentX 2400 mhz
Samsung SSD Pro 850 256 GB
Nvidia Geforce 770 2GB (brand Gigabyte)
Corsair 850w power supply

OSX 10.9.5

Describe a little more about your problem. Was it working before and you did an update or is this a new build. You may want to post your config script as well so we can see what flags you're running.

i have the same problem with mavercks (all version) and yosemite.

when i try to play a game or 3d programs i notice a very hard down frame rate every 5 seconds.. Example.. on CSGO i have 270 fps and some times near 30 fps
