Nvidia 1060 GPU fan control question

I’m trying to control my 1060 gpu fan speed which is currently always 100%. Macfancontrol doesn’t allow me to do that because of min and max values being the same

In the same boat here.
I updated from macOS El Capitan to Catalina and now the Fans of the Nvidia GTX 760 are spinning at 100% all the time, which is really annoying.

I installed Multibeast with VirtualSMC, VirtualSMC Plugins and HWMonitorSMC2 Application.
I didn't check NullCPUPowerManagement, but interestingly, if I open Hackintool and have a look at the Extensions tab, I see FakeSMC and NullCPUPowerManagement installed.
