Is this an OpenCore/Hackintosh issue?

I can see my Windows SSD in Disk Utility but it won't mount. I get this error:

Also, I've got a USB drive formatted FAT by that Windows system that also won't mount:

What the heck is going on?

@johnnytucats
No, macOS mount well NTFS and FAT drives with OpenCore, something more is wrong, do you have Tuxera or any other tool to mount read/write NTFS disks?

Yeah I thought they should at least be mounting and readable. I installed MacFuse and that hasn't made any difference. I'm not sure if they ever mounted in Monterey so I don't know if one of the updates…or something I've installed…has wonked things up.

I guess a macOS reinstall is my next step.

It's fixed.

A new user account had same Issue so problem must lie in /Library folder. Had a clean install of Monterey on an external SSD and no issue. Did a diff command in terminal and narrowed it down to the /Library/Filesystems folder…had five things in there…probably from old install of something. Trashed them and presto.
