Has anyone ever tried to get OSX running on an Atom processor? I was looking at this:

http://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-Windows-10-MINI-PC-Host-32G-Memory-Bay-Trail-CR-2-4G-WIFI-With-MIC/32598390058.html

How fun would it be to have a mini Mac Pro! Of course I know the speed would be terrible, but just to get it to run would be so interesting. Has anyone tried? Would this just be a complete waste of effort? Thanks for any tips.

That makes sense. Just thought it would a conversation piece to have the mini Mac-Pro on my desk. Thanks.

As mentioned by the other guy, Atoms will not work. Tonymac also doesn't support the Atom at all. Its not IMPOSSIBLE but it won't be through tonymac and you will have a properly hard time doing it

You will not get this spec running OS X period.

Oh ok :) - It just that I remember some people got 10.6 and the likes running on those atom/1gb netbook things a few years back

Apple withdrew support for early Intel Atom processors with the release 10.6.3 in March 2010. Apple also only support the later Intel HD3000 and above graphics. USB, audio and ethernet/wifi are unlikely to ever work.
