Not able to install Catalina on Dell Optiplex 3060. Does anyone has tried ?

No need to use a font this large or make it bold. We can see a 15 font perfectly well.
What are the exact specs of the Dell 3060 ? CPU, Grapics etc.

intel UHD graphics(Integrated)-Dell Optiplex
16GB DDR4 RAM
512GB SSD M.2
Motherboard - Dell own 04Y8V0
