Not able to boot after updating repositories using git

I have updated repositories (Envy / laptop) using git, but now I am stuck at the login screen, after I put my password they system just shows

Did you do a fresh install? From where did you download Yosemite?

I followed same guide and downloaded Yosemite from app store. I have installed Yosemite before using same guide and your help before worked fine, then I tried to update repositories which resulted in problem
