Noob.. no sound after 10.11.6. Probook

OK so i have uppdated and have no sound, i fixed it last time but cant remember what method I used.

Whats the easiest way to get my sound back....cant rember if i used Mirone patcher, anyway it was fairly easy.

So many ways to do it its confusing me lol
