Non serious gaming mackintosh/ pc

Would this be a good parts its for a hackintosh and pc? I want to dual boot and use as htpc and play some gta and Nba2k. If not I'm open to suggestions. Also anything that would make this cost less helps. One thing I definitely want to keep the case. Thanks

If you are willing to go microATX then the MSI Z77ma-g45 is still $80 after rebate and microATX cases are cheaper overall. It also has a very simple install process apparently, does not require DSDT. I picked mine up few days ago for $65 after rebate!!! Can't beat that.

Also, Not sure if nvidia cards are cheaper but they seem more recommended in customac guide.
