I had a heck of a time getting my Wifi working again. Per the DSDT warning file that showed up on my Desktop after installing, I had to remove my DSDT.aml and install a fresh one from the Installer. After that, I pulled the battery/disconnected from power and booted back up. My Wifi was working after that (of course after turning the WiFi back on as I had hit the keyboard button trying to get it working again).
You selected more DSDT options than were necessary. Read the instructions for updating more carefully and the update process is substantially easier.
