No wake from sleep GTX 660

Hi everyone,
Currently the gtx 660 is working great except for one major issue. It does not wake from sleep in either osx or windows WHILE it is inserted in the top slot, however when it is inserted in the bottom slot or I'm using HD4000 graphics everything works fine. I'm guessing this was a bios configuration issue or maybe a defect in the motherboard (ga-z77-ds3h) and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or similar experiences. Problem is that when it is in the bottom slot 2 of the 4 sata slots are blocked and the bottom slot is x4 rather than x16.

hi, interesting, i have not tried swapping, but I'm experiencing random effects with my 660, sometimes will wake, typically not. which bios are you on? Im on f11 beta.
