I flashed the Video Card with Palit, Evga, Strix with no results, with some Roms was difficult to restore to original rom, I did an original backup before flash another bios.
I tried to load Video ROMs with clover with no good results, kernel panic at boot.
Im disappointed whit the card, I bought it cause was suggested in the Buyer's Guide but they never said not to buy the Asus one.

;(

That's strange. Flashing seems to be working for others if I'm not remembering wrong, no?
Yeah, I'm in exactly the same boat – I saw a good deal for the Asus 750ti, took a quick look at the buyer's guide and now it's come to this. Won't do that mistake again, that's for sure.

None of your screen shots show that is is unchecked. Also you should use iMac 14,2 as your smbios, Mac Pro 5,1 is not recommended.

I Flashed the card with the GeForce® GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual (2048MB GDDR5) rom and one of the DVI, D-Sub and HDMI works but the card only display 1 Gb VRam, not 2, and the other problem is need to be 2 displays attached to the ports, if you try to use one port it freeze as soon you pass the login screen, and if you use 2 displays works very fast until the systems goes to sleep, if the system goes to sleep it freeze and reboot.
Im using dual boot and the card only works in windows safe mode or low resolution, if you try to update the windows 10 driver for the nvidia driver freeze and reboot, you can't install windows driver cause the card it is not recognized, but I don't care cause I don't use windows, used only for flash the card.

Finally I reflash the card with the Original Asus GTX750Ti OC 2GDR5 rom and still trapped at the begin again, :(, Only D-SUB and no HDMI or DVI's ports working.

Maybe I need to buy another card, any suggested ??

Thanks in advance.

Charly.

I had the same issue as you.

I'm running a z97X-Gaming 3 Mobo, was using onboard intel gfx, decided i needed a card, picked up a EVGA GTX 750 TI - was originally running mac pro 6,1 smbios.

would get a blank screen upon bootup.. here is what i did.

Remove the card, install nvidia web drivers,

open up multibeast, install everything you need from multibeast, on the smbios area check imac 14,2

install and reboot, welcome to video via any port my friend.

hope this works.

I´ll try the way you did estimated massivemike, I'll post result.

Thanks in advance.
