No sound, but can see volume bar.

can see "Build in output" in sound setting, and when pressing F9/F10, can see a working volume bar.

but no sound.
and when plug a headphone into the jack, no "Headphone" in the sound setting.

any help would be appreciated！

Try the alternate layout-id=5 as mentioned in the guide:

Note: The guide does NOT recommend CsmVideoDxe-64.efi.

I'm trying to follow your suggestion:
1.Remove CsmVideoDxe-64.efi
2.Change layout ID from 7 to 5 in SSDT-8x0-G3-Skylake.aml

but still the same issue, any other thing I can do ?

BTW, the internal MIC can work as always

Maybe your speaker is disabled in BIOS. Check. And test your speaker in Windows.
