No sound and graphics performance issues after update to Sierra 12.4

Hi Guys,

I don't know if someone had so far this issues but, after the update to macOS Sierra 10.12.4 I can't get any sound at all and my graphics performance it's not 100% ok.

Troubleshooting steps so far that I've tried:

Sound Issue:

I'm not able to get any sound on the HMDI or on 3.5 built in jack.

After I checked system preferences the sound bar it's completely greyed out so I can't do anything at all

Graphics performance issue:

I already Tried to reinstall the Nvidia Web Driver problem persist


Honestly I've tried to look on the forum for something that could help but since I'm a noob on Hackintosh but I don't understand half of what I'm reading. So my idea was using recovery mode and try to go back in time using my time machine backup. No luck at all since after the update I'm also unable to get into recovery it loads the bar then got stuck in a grey screen

I've attached to the Thread a copy of my ioreg.

Any ideas how to sort this? or what should I do next?

In last case I don't mind to start everything from scratch but I don't really want to go for that option.
