ok, just tried and when I set IntelGFX=0x19168086 and ig-platform-id: 0x19120000 it's as if loading, but with black screen:(

Other requirements:
- VT-d disabled in BIOS
- IGPU prealloc memory set to 64mb
- digital connection to your monitor (VGA is not supported)
- may require "4 displays" patch (depends on the connector you're using)

yeah m8, all my setting is as you write above, monitor via HDMI only (Samsung S27A950)
ok I would like to try patch 4 displays, could please help with it?

ps. just fresh patched and installed Sierra 10.12.3 on new Samsung M.2 960 Pro (MZ- V6P512BW) but it's looks like the same issue:(

Your setting for config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id is wrong (and your post #9 inaccurate!)
You have 0x1912000.
It is invalid. As you have discovered, using an invalid ig-platform-id is an excellent way to disable the graphics drivers.
I think you meant to use 0x19120000.

Try ig-platform-id 0x19160000 or 0x19160002.
Check BIOS settings.
And check connections to monitor.
Keep in mind "4 displays" patch cannot work initially until you boot without caches (rebuilding cache after will enable you to boot normally) or rebuild cache with the kext loaded. If you can't boot without caches (or it doesn't help), you can boot with an invalid ig-platform-id, then rebuild cache (sudo kextcache -i /), then boot normally.

I do so m8, but so far nothing successful, with last one 0x19160002 in general loaded quickly but is also go black:(

Keep in mind each ig-platform-id requires a different "4 displays" patch.
Also keep in mind that certain versions of Clover have a bug (yours is relatively old, and could have the bug), and you must specify config.plist/Graphics/InjectEDID=false. If you don't, Clover with the bug will inject an incorrect EDID.

Oh my God, how complicate all is, I wonder that no anyone have really the same hardware settings:crazy:
ok would try to find a newer Clover and try one again
Code:
Keep in mind each ig-platform-id requires a different "4 displays" patch.

If I correctly understood if the new ig-platform-id values is 0x19160000 then change the number 2 to 6 here?:

Find: 00 00 16 19 00 00 00 00 FF 08 08 00 00 00 00 00 01 03 03 03
Replace: 00 00 16 19 00 00 00 00 FF 08 08 00 00 00 00 00 01 03 04 03
