Dear all, I've successfully installed Mojave on my configuration (see below), but I need to find a way (kexts?) to solve my network problem. I have no network and also no options in the settings to add ethernet connection or wifi.

I'm looking for advice on great alternate Nvidia drivers for my GTX 970.

Here is my configuration :
  • Intel Skylake i7-6700K 4.0 GHz 8Mo
  • Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5
  • GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+ - 4 Go
  • Bitfenix Phenom M Micro-ATX
  • Corsair Series CS550M Gold 550W
  • Seagate Barracuda 3,5" SATA III 1 To
  • Samsung EVO 850 SSD 250 Go SATA III
  • Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR4
  • TP-Link TL-WDN4800 Adaptator PCI Express
  • Corsair Hydro Series H60 120mm
You'll find attached my config.plist

Find below some screenshots about my configuration and network problems...
I hope someone can help.
Thanks

The GTX 970 is not supported on MacOS Mojave and Catalina, the reason being lack of Nvidia drivers. There are none.

So if you need to run Mojave, you should remove the card and (1) replace it with a supported AMD card such as a RX 580, or (2) use CPU integrated graphics from your 6700K.

Thanks for your suggestions. Do you have one for the RX 580 brand ?
Do you have any chance to tell me what's going on with network? Not the good kexts? May I have to change something into the BIOS ? Cheers, B.

I use a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 and it works with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra 10.13.6 / Mojave 10.14.6.

Your motherboard (both Rev 1.0 and 1.1, which revision are you using?) use Atheros LAN which your boot USB may lack support. You need some additional kext but I am not sure which to use. What method did you use to install Mojave?

I'll do another install by the end of the week.
I've ordered a sapphire RX 570 Pulse 8Go (one from the recommended stuff from tonymacx86), then we'll see.

About the motherboard, Idon't know the Rev I'm using...How to know that ?
For the method, I've followed the guide here and switch my config.plist after unibeast stuff. First time it works well but I did Multibeast and it put the mess after the restart. I think I have to check the BIOS to enable/disable something...
Let me know ;)

@Jamesbond007 I've received my RX 570 Radeon Pulse 8Gà DDR5, could you please share me you config.plist?
Cheers and happy new year ;)
