No Keyboard / Mouse during installation

So just trying to get back to my Hackintosh Project.

I have managed to get the USB drive created and go through the BIOS settings to get to the High Sierra Installation screen.

I'm sat on the Language selection option but neither my mouse nor keyboard are working, they work fine during the BIOS configuration.

Any suggestions?

I followed that and managed to get the keyboard and mouse working (main step was updating the BIOS).

I'm now faced with the issue that when I get to the step for selecting which drive I installed OSX onto none of them are writable and I don't have access to Disk Utilities...

It's just not there! I'm not at my computer right now so I can't take a photo of it.

Looks like it may be an issue with the USB Installer I made. I'll try again tonight if I get a chance.
