No internet connection but Ethernet is fine

hello,
I'm using this machine for a few months without any issues.
However since today, I can't access to the internet.
Although Ethernet connection is successful and my router recognises my machine with its own IP etc, I still can't access to the internet.

What I've done so far:

• Checked Lan enable on bios settings
  
• Reinstalled intel kext both versions from Multibeast
• Checked any mac filtres on the router

Anyone can please help me?

Forgot to mention that I'm using High Sierra 10.13.2 - hardware on signature

..Update..
Internet still doesn't work, but I've launched a torrent it does work.
I can't use safari, Firefox, app store

I gave up so now I decided to reinstall the OS from scratch.

However when I try to run the install from the USB, It reboots.
