So i got this panic after first reboot with the no hpet's available.
so i installed nocpupowermanagment.kext, but this breaks sleep right?
any way to get both working?

my system runs fine only difference is instead of i7 an i5.
also my bios is f8 and his f14,
can this be the solution? to just downgrade to f8?
