no HPETs available after 1,5 year of happy use

Hi,

I have an old happy hack (even I made a guide some time ago GA-G41M-ES2L working perfect on SIERRA) for a long 1,5 year.
Without any reason... I've got this KP no HPETs available (please see attached image).

It sounds like HPET not enabled, not 64bits? I have tried default options on BIOS, S3, HPET, AHCI etc, nothing...

I never used DSDT but I tried one found here at forum, fail.
I have restored an old working image, fail.
I have tried install from scratch with my USB Unibeast, fail...

Can anyone help me to find any clue?
Why this happened from one day to another? It is very weird...
