I can think of many common reasons. But you didn't attach any PR files...
You should open a separate thread as "slow boot" is NOT the topic of this thread.

What do you mean by PR files? I did attach Clover, Ioreg, and terminal outputs. Alright then but based on this thread I doubt slow boot will be fixed either.

The new method is WhateverGreen.kext. No plans to bring back or support the old method.

What does WhateverGreen.kext actually do? May be able to do the same thing without using that kext at all.

No PR files since advice given in post #2 (which would require you make changes,... and any change requires new PR files).

It is used for framebuffer patching.
