No HDMI output on i9-9900K

I'm trying to fix uhd640 on i9-9900K with Mojave. First it didn't recognize video card, and acceleration was not working. This was fixed by inserting device-id 913E0300 and AAPL,ig-platform-id 07009B3E, but now I have no video output from HDMI - monitor is off. How can I make it output to HDMI?

Can you confirm if DP to HDMI works?
(I have the same issue)

I ended up getting a Rx560 (no issues here) I am waiting to get a RTX 2080ti or a Vega 64 FE
