no hdmi audio

i got a i5 gtx 760 with mavericks but no audio via hdmi
i tried using audio_cloverHDMI but it doesnt work and spits out this error(screenshot)
any idea what i should do? i had audio in orther hackintosh installs on this pc

If Clover is not installed, cloverHDMI does not work; no surprise.

i dont even know what bootloader i have i wil check ok? i have either clover or chameleon (any way to get hdmi audio working with chameleon?)

ok let me ask i just tried installing clover over my old boot loader it starts fine but the command still doesnt work how to i delete the entire bootloaders files and where can i download th e clover bootloader i just used the first google link that i found

I noticed in your screen capture that your EFI is not mounted. As per the instructions you need to mount the EFI.
