No Graphics Acceleration and Pixelated images

I successfully installed Sierra 10.12.5 with a GTX 1080 ti. My system recognizes the card, yet every time I boot, my Apple 30" Display has the highest resolution of 1280x800 and the screen is pixelated. I cannot play YouTube videos, there is considerable lag, and video editing is completely unusable (which was the reason I built this system in the first place.)

Hardware:
I7 6700k
EVGA Gtx 1080 to founders edition
Z270x Ultra Gaming mono

Ive patched lilu.kext/nvidiagraphicsfixup.kext, ran AGDPfix, and tried all solutions I could find in clover configurator.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
