[Solved] No boot USB

Hello boys, I'm Massimo from Italy.
I Have a problem with USB pen Drive on my system.
I have followed the instruction for create boot USB pen drive, set all parameter on UEFI bios but when I chose disk to boot, the screen stays with the cursor and doesn't go forward.

I have to wait more or there's a problem?

My system are compose of this component:
-MOBO Asus PRIME H310I - PLUS
-CPU I5 8400
-RAM 16Gb 2666
-Hdd 1Tb
-SSD 120 Gb
-GPU Intel UHD

I have recreate USB installation of Mojave. At this time clover boot selection was ready and run but after many minute of apple logo, the image change to Ban sign.
Have any solution or my hardware is not good for Hack?

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

If it says "still waiting for root device" in the bottom left corner use the forum Search tool to look for that.

At the Clover menu screen press the spacebar and select verbose mode from the list of options.

At the Clover screen, press Spacebar. You should see an option to enable Verbose.
