No boot from hdd yosmite Ph755mpro

hello now its booting only when i boot with my USB stick en than click yosmite .
when i put out my USB stick and start up whitout my USB stick iT says boot error.

also my USB sitecom wla-1000 ver1 wlan adaptor dont work whit my yosmite 10.10.2.

i download de driver for my sitecom on the sitecom site....

when i will instalate my cubase program 7.5 he said that he needs 10.6 but i instaled yosemite on my system 10.10.2 weard....

what must i do now

i read on the forum and do the same as standing on the forum
