No Boot after 10.10.2 update

Hi Folks,

My Wife allowed an update to 10.10.2 on her Hakintosh and it will no longer boot up, gets stuck and stalls.

Where do I start to fix this? Your help would be appreciated!

In order that I would try.

Boot using -v
Boot using -v -x
If you get to the desktop you need to rebuild caches and permissions.

If you have not been able to boot with the above, try booting to a Uinbeast installer USB stick.

And say that you can not get to the desktop, it is time to pull out the back up clone and/or Time Machine and do a restore.

I thought I knew when to use -v or -v -x but I do not. Please teach me? And we do have a time machine backup but it will not show up after using UniBeast to boot.

When sitting at the Chimera boot loader screen, start typing it in, and it will show up in a text field below, hit enter to enter the commands.
