No audio or USB 3.0 on GA-Z170X-UD5

Hi,
I just built my hackintosh today. I booted from the hard drive and it works great, but there is no audio or USB 3.0 support. I already installed the Realtek ALC1150 kext and the USB 3.0 support kext from MultiBeast, but neither worked after reboot. I can plug a USB 2.0 device into the 3.0 port and it works, but not a 3.0 device. I do not have an onboard speaker, but the audio jack doesn't have any output. macOS doesn't detect the audio and just says "no devices found." How would I fix this?

My build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5
CPU: Intel i3-6320 LGA1151
Graphics: Intel Integrated Graphics 530
OS: macOS Sierra

I do not have an audio card, but I believe my motherboard has integrated audio.

I am completely new to this process, so please tell me exactly what to do. Thanks!

Did you install MultiBeast 9+ > Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx √ 100 Series Audio?

Only the 100 series audio, or should I check off both that and the ALC1150?

The two options wouldn't work by themselves, but then I enabled both and it worked! I just had to switch the audio device to "line out" -- the "internal audio" still didn't detect any devices.
