Try installing AppleALC.kext from your EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other Folder of your Current System Disk or USB Installer disk (after EFI Mounting) using a tool like Kext Beast/Kext Utility/Kext Wizard to your /Library/Extensions folder . After reboot check the System Report _Audio and System Preferences_ Sound as previously done.

Just did, but still the same results.

I also tried to inject a different layout [1,2,3,5,7,11] and that didn't help either. I put it back to inject 1 for now.

Verified that HDAS to HDEF patch is under DSDT with Find 48444153 to Replace with 48444546.

Also, I have a check for ResetHDA. I replaced AppleALC and Lilu with the latest version AppleALC 1.3.8 and, Lilu 1.3.6.

I removed drivers and reinstalled them again. Can you tell me which kexts do you have installed for audio in your /Library/Extensions & /System/Library/Extensions?

Also do I need WhateverGreen kext if I have Lilu? And how do you update Lilu, WhateverGreen and the AppleAlc ? I tried with KextBeast but didn't know where to place them plus I got an that's why I got that Refusing new kext error msg.
