Please save me I'm dying here. Im using clover clean install running yosemite, I'm now getting this message when i run your audio alc-100 scripts No audio codec detectedTo save a Copy to this Terminal session: Terminal/Shell/Export Text As ...
logout

The first time i tried it my network wasn't connected and it attempted to download some files off the net but couldn't cause my network wasn't setup yet so i installed my network kext and rebooted. and from that moment on i can't get it to go back to the point i was asking me to click y to download. all i get now is No audio codec detected. how can i revert back to beofore i installed my network drivers?

Ok, so now I have installed OS X 10.10 everything works as planned, except the audio, how do I fix this?, i have alc 892 on my motherboard:)

Hi Toleda,

This is the first time I tried to put together a hackintosh; sorry ahead of times for any noob mistakes I might have made.

Under my system preferences/sound/output & input/ it says there are not devices found. I am not sure whether my system information/hardware/audio/intel high definition audio/ Audio ID: 0 is the same thing or not.

One problem that I see is that even when I have cross checked my chameleon.plist settings, the HDEFLayoutID is already set to 01000000 and HDAEnabler is set to yes, but under IOReg, it still just say my layout ID to be 00 00 00 00.

Strange thing is that under DPCIManager it can see there are audio devices and codec ID and also the codec name to be correct which is ALC1150.

It seems like I am just missing the last step but I am not sure what that step is.

Your help is much appreciated.

Please find my attached screenshots for details.

Not enough information. A screenshot of IOReg is useless. Post #1, Problem Reporting, answer the questions and attach all requested files.

Dear Toleda, please help me, I installed on clear SSD OS X 10.10, so in System Preferences/Sound - no Audio Device, and Sound Volume inactive, no sound elsewhere))
Early at OS X 10.9 sound was easy installed through MultiBeast. But at 10.10 I tried, may be, all responses and no result!
1. GA-Z87N-WIFI (bcm94352HMB), i5 4670k, HD4600, BOIS version has't changed from manufacture, Clover latest version on EFI disk partition w/o any DSDT&etc (all ACPI folder clear), primary partition with OS X 10.10 (14A389) (no another OS)
I tried MultiBeast 7.0, cloverALC, realtecALC command, kextBeast and other (already forget  )

Sorry about that Toleda.

1. No audio device
2. 10.10/Asus Z97-Pro Wifi AC/BIOS version 1304/ Core i7 4790K/ Gigabyte GTX760 2GB
3. I followed mainly the guide here on tonymacx86 to install 10.10 with the aid of UniBeast and MultiBeast. That did not really work, so I tried to use the audio_realtekALC-100.command script to fix it, but still no luck.
