Neither of the AppleHDA.kexts has the 888 files installed.
Attached config.plist shows 8 patches, boot log show 5 patches
Wrong EFI partition mounted.
Mount correct EFI partition, run MultiBeast, same selections.
Reply with new files

Sorry, now I attached all files and screens before and after running MultiBeast with ALC888 Legacy + optional 3 port patches.

Please, check now. Thanks.

Same problem, Clover is booting an EFI partition different than the files attached reflect.

What can I do? Did you see the Clover Configurator screenshots? I selected the EFI partition of the current disk.

I'm still logged in on Sierra, but now I mounted the EFI of El Capitan, maybe it makes sense... Please check the files.

Thanks.

What can I do?
Clover Configurator is a poor choice for anything.
BIOS, select proper boot drive.
One file is the same as none; attach all files.

When Clover starts, select the correct drive to boot.

I removed the HDD that had El Cap installed, and when I restarted, the Clover boot screen was different, not tonymacx86 themed (probably because I used the Clover bootloader Installer to install RC scripts and the EmuVariableUefi-64) and now audio works. Thank you very much!

Attached the files again, I think it will be as expected this time!

What would be a good alternative to Clover Configurator? After installing I need to set some boot arguments, and I always used Clover Configurator for that, better do it manually from the boot loader itself then?

Thank you again!

Hello,
Layout-id is only in real mac's DSDT and all hackintoshes must inject it?

My Asrock Deskmini with Realtek 283 only has two front ports :A) 1 combo headphone/microphone (mic-level) port B) 1 input line-in level port . So that's 2 inputs(line and mic) and 1 output (headphone)

I am using the AppleALC + Lilu + CodecCommander combo. Support was added for my deskmini Realtek 283 AppleALC, with a layout ID 66.

With layout ID 66 I can use the headphone output in one port and the line-in input in the other port. But the microphone input of the combo port can't be used, it won't show up. On linux I get the same behavior, I guess that layout ID 66 was crafted from a Live Ubuntu session.

With the layout ID 3 I can use both the headphone output and the microphone input of the combo port (TRRS) , but the other line-in port doesn't work.

So, is it possible to complement the configuration and data of the layout ID 66 with the layout ID 3 so I can get both input ports (mic&line) to work?
