Hi all I've just installed El Capitan on my Hackintosh, though the audio doesn't seem to work even after downloading kext scripts. Could anyone help? My audio is ALC892. Also For some reason my Clover doesn't seem to effect anything how do I fix this?

Figured it out I think. I restored the stock HDA kext, ran audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0o11.command and saw a lot of SMC errors so I re-did the multibeast install of the FakeSMC, re-ran cloverALC, and made sure CSRactive config was set to 0x11, now audio is working again :)

Hi, this is my first request for an audio problem on my new hackintosh. My mobo is a gigabyte ga-h81m-s2h with alc887 audio onboard. I've installed alc887 audio codec legacy with audioClover_Alc script and audioCloverHDMI script to get hdmi audio working, but i have only my hdmi monitor in audio output and i can't use speakers and headphone connected to motherboard. With DCPIManager the audio codec field is empty.

I've also tried voodooHDA, with it i can use my speakers but no hdmi audio.

Any suggestions? I've tried to reset codec but no luck
