Hey guys,
I am planning to set up a low power consumption NAS/iTunes system based on Lion Server.
I found one mainboard with onboard cpu that looks rather appealing to me, it's a Biostar NM-70I-847 (http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=617#spec), which essentially offers a NM70 chipset with a ulv sandy bridge celeron.
I was wondering if there are any obvious problems associated with that build or if I'm good to go.

HD Graphics is not supported for instance. But try to forget these things as fast as you can.

Hi have you had any luck with these chipset? I am running an ECS Board with 1.8 celeron 1037u with NM70 express chipset. Its based on Ivy bridge and has HD2500 graphics when I run a HW info program. Any info would be a appreciated.

Thanks

I'm considering this setup also. I'm wondering what the cheapest graphics card with functional HDMI+Audio is (perhaps a GT610) to pair with this.. I was considdering a small SSD and a Large platter drive and using it as a media server/HTMAC.
I wonder if it has the power to run Air Video server trans-coding.

Might even make a nice OSX NAS.
