DSDTse is very badly written piece of code. For example, it stopped working on my system after moving my home directory to another disk. It has hard-coded paths in its code. I can imagine it has many other bugs.
It seems that the bug is somehow connected to the filesystem case-sensitivity. After several tries to do something with this, I was struck by an idea to put the DSDTSE on a FAT32-formatted flash drive. Voila, everything works! Hope it helps somebody.
