Newbie, need some advice

So i have never built a Hackintosh before but i have built a windows computer before. I looked at the recommendations and prices and substituted a few things. Do you believe this configuration can work? Any recommendations? I’m currently a photographer who works with high res photos and plan on moving over to videos and short film in the near future. My 2017 MacBook Pro with a Vega 580 egpu isn’t cutting it. I plan on having two 580’s for this setup.

This build should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and Mojave.
