New System - Reboot Loop

hey guys ,
I have a little trouble, I built a pc , with
intel core i7 4790k cpu
gigabyte z97 SLI rev 1.0
hyper fury ram 16 gb
Nvidia quadro k600
corsair cx750 PSU

the problem is , when turn on , all fan works, but after 4 or 5 seconds stops and computer restarts, and restarts, It can´t enter bios , then I used the psu with other cpu and It works, so PSU is ok, put ram in other computer and same thing, it works, so the only 2 parts that I dont tested in other pc are processor and Mobo.
I tried disconnecting all cables and connecting again and same thing,
what can I do to solve this problem, thanks

I've seen this before. I think you need to reset your CPU in the socket. Look for any bent pins on the mobo...

Looks like you may need to upgrade your BIOS to F5 for a 4790K - Gigabyte.

Consider starting your own thread instead of hijacking a build guide.
