I've been doing research on this motherboard too. Like its color scheme.
If you can read Chinese, I mean if, this article would be very helpful lol.
(Maybe the screenshots will do too)

According to the article, i think there's no problem for this mobo with OS X. :)

So does anyone have any ifno on this.

I am wondering where would I get started. Can I MAKE osx work on this mobo if I do somethign? Write code? what do I need to do i have no idea...

Can i just find out exactly what hardware it uses for sound, and all that. LIke Realtec 7837 audio and if multibeast or whatever has drivers for it will it work?

What all do I have to find out about? video and audio, ummm chipset and other ****?

Thanjks

I have the MSI G55 z97 SLI and it works awesome with OSX.

I just bought this mobo, followed the instructions on tonymac to create a boot key with osx yosemite. I get a panic and then a black screen with no load... I tried -x and -v as well as a few other commands listed on tonymac's guide with no luck :banghead:

Does anyone have any ideas?

Me as well I tried and tried and tried but no luck.
usually it stucks at IOBluetooth*** error or at times one or the other service.

Can anyone guide us to install OSX ?

System : i7 4790 | Z97 SLI Krait | Intel HD4600 | Seagate Barracuda | CM EVO 212x

It's probably better if you open your own new thread in :
http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-support/

Your problem would appear to be related to graphics.
Ensure that you have disabled VT-d in your BIOS.
Connect to your monitor with a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.
Boot with -v and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

Good Luck
