New mini itx build

Hi, im looking to build hackintosh but using mini itx board and case.. so small and low noise. I do have big machine and im running windows and osx but i want something dedicated just for mac osx and not too expensive .. i need some suggestions:
Motherboard im thinking gigabyte H170n with wifi but will have too change wifi card in order to work with osx about $38 on amazon for the card. Then case coolermaster elite 110. Power supply corsair 430 or evga 430 or smaller .. im planing on skylake i3 or i5 i will mostly use it for browsing, email youtube normal tasks.. please let me know what would you do .. also what kind of cpu cooler should i use i want something with low noise or just heatsink.. any mothorboards from asus in mini itx version that would be better or more compatible? Also i would use cpu graphic 530 intel ....

But I couldn't justify it for myself since my old Mac mini is still running perfectly, albeit a bit slowly...

They price shown on snazzy labs is less than what it would cost. According to the links, it would be $741. I really like the build too, though.
