What budget? Do you plan to upgrade to Mountain Lion or Mavericks?

If low budget and staying with SL, then use any CPU at http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007671%2050001157%20600095610%20600095611&IsNodeId=1&name=Sandy%20Bridge that fits your budget and for GPU I would suggest http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130606

With the above, 250W PSU will be OK.

With not disrespect for Going Balds Video selection I would suggest a different video card to use.

It has been the experience of users that have the 210 card to have "some difficulties" with the installation of the software - Apple OSX SL to work.

Now not all have these issues but "some".

My selection is to use the older nVidia 8400 chipset.

We have two to choose from. One is a silent one is w a fan.

Here they are -
Asus - silent
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121711

EVGA w fan
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130608

Both have 512 Meg ram -

Some video cards have issues w 1 MB video ram and OSX Snow Leopard.

If you have other cards that are available to you then see this link for information on video cards and Snow Leopard as to what works.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/wiki/index.php/Graphics_Card_Database

As to the PSU it should work ok - but its rather at it limits w only 250 watts - as this is an "aged" power supply its ability to work at the levels when it was new have diminished.

So for hardware the CPU = 65 watts the video card = 35 watts the motherboard and ram = 20 watts DVD drive = 4 watts hard drives = 8 watts (times how many) fans 5 watts (times how many) any Add on cards you have vary as to power. So you can see this should work for now. Guestimate of about 140 Watts used.

As to the CPU - Chose one with a HD3000 on-board GFX - the other CPU's listed are not CPU's that Apple would use. As they do not have HD3000 - and we are installing Apple OSX onto this hardware.

Here is my selection -

Again no disrespect to Going Bald but just my two cents....

If you use the Snow Leopard guide from the Guides Section they can be translated into your native language by using Google translate

Guide - http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/iboot-multibeast-install-mac-os-x-on.html

Google Translate - http://translate.google.com/

You will have to cut, copy and paste the english text into Google translate and then select your language.

First thing to do is put your main board in the system block of your profile and fill in the CPU and gfx card blocks.
Need to know hardware before can get correct iBoot for you.
iBoot for 1st/2nd gen boards
iBoot Ivy Bridge for 3rd gen 7 series boards
iBoot Haswell for 4th gen 8 series boards

then just follow the guide http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/iboot-multibeast-install-mac-os-x-on.html to install, skipping MultiBeast, maybe, depending on board, update to 10.6.8, download Mavericks and follow the guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/374-unibeast-install-os-x-mavericks-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

my cpu is a 3rd generation cpu i7 3770k lga 1155
board intel chip set h67
dual bios hybrid efi technology
gigabyte h67n-usb3-b3
