I'm a bit confused. I've seen xMove, UniBeast, MultiBeast to 10.8 and I'm not sure where I stand. I'm starting from scratch with the Lion (10.7) USB stick. My MOBO is a GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H and an Ivy Bridge i5-3570K CPU (found out 10.6 isn't supported so I'm trying Lion). Which guide do I go by? Not interested in 10.8 since A LOT of plugins & programs aren't supported or working 100%. I'm also using a XFX Radeon 6670 as my card and I'm hoping this is supported but I heard my CPU has onboard graphics HD 4000? I'm using an Apple Cinema Display, nothing fancy.

Where you should start depends on whether you have access to a Mac or a PC running OS X. If you do, follow the guide http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2011/10/unibeast-install-mac-os-x-lion-using.html

If you have no access to a Mac or PC running OS X, then you will need to install Snow Leopard. See http://www.tonymacx86.com/snow-leop...x-10-6-snow-leopard-ivy-bridge-based-pcs.html
once you have SL installed, follow the Lion guide to create your Lion UniBeast USB and install Lion.

Wow thanks. I did the Ivy Bridge for SL. I'm not having success with UniBeast. Not using the App Store because it's no longer available. Got the USB Drive locally from a retailer.

If you have an Apple USB drive then you still need to use UniBeast to make the Boot Thumb Drive that we use to install Lion or Mountain Lion.

So you will need a working Hack or a Real Mac w an intel CPU.

UniBeast should ask you where your OSX file is at and you will point it to the USB then it will read this and assemble all of the items to make another USB drive - do use a drive that is 8 GB at least.

We can not simply just enter that Apple USB stick and boot from it as we are hacks not real Mac's.

Of course I assume you have a real Apple USB stick w Lion on it - do tell us if that is not what you have on the USB that the retailer has.

I'm very confused. I do have the real Apple drive. My issue is, I got the boot error after 10.6.8 update and MultiBeast.

Loading Operating System …

boot0: GPT
boot0: test
boot0: test
boot0: GPT
boot0: test
boot0: test
boot0: error

Also, do I need to be able to boot from 10.6.8 BEFORE proceeding to Lion? The thread above is for Lion and I can't get to Lion until I get past this (assuming).

not sure what you mean by this
I do have the real Apple drive.
Is this a Hard Drive or a DVD...

You do need to fix that Boot0 error - what size of hard drive is it and do you have it partitioned.
What sizes please...

for Boot Zero error we have a link for it

Use the Search functions to find it.

Ok I confused myself. This may get moved. Just found out my USB Drive is 10.8 instead of 10.7. The HD I'm using is 500GB and partitioned. I have 10.6.8 installed and it's running. I just have to use iBoot Ivy Bridge to boot up.

Anyway to bypass Snow Leopard and Lion and go straight to 10.8? I'm getting kind of tired of this and I'm not getting anywhere. I have 10.6.8 running (with boot error:0) but I can still make the UniBeast for ML since it's running...I'm completely lost and I'm about to just give up and return all this stuff.

If you have a running 10.6.8, just purchase an 8Gb or larger USB2.0 flash drive. If the drive is larger than 8Gb, then format/partition it with the first partitiion 8Gb. Follow the instructions found at http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html to format and create your USB installer for Mountain Lion and install ML.

Personally, I would suggest a new SSD for installing ML and leave your 10.6.8 drive untouched in case you want to go back.

Thanks. I ended up sticking with 10.6.8 on Sandy Bridge since I continuously read bad things about ML and Pro Tools and other programs. Thanks again
