I had a functioning El Capitan install on a samsung 850 evo. Then one day the system crashed and it turns out one of my ram stcicks went bad. I took out that stick and am now down to 8 gb. Now I get this:
I try to boot from clover on a usb stick and get the same error. I try to boot to the recovery partition and get the same error. To test my hardware, I added an ssd, installed win 10 to it and that ssd boots fine. I can see the 'mac ssd' in windows disk management but obviously cannot edit anything in it. Since it has no letter assigned, I cannot look inside it as it is not mounted.
Here is a movie of the boot sequence
Bios is set to boot UEFI and CSM enabled. How do I troubleshoot this?
